At the bottom of a narrow country lane, deep in the Ceiriog Valley, North Wales, lies Ceiriog Siocled. It is here we make our artisan chocolates, inspired by the nature around us and by the valley's Welsh heritage.
We use Welsh products in many of our creations - honey from the nearby Berwyn Mountains, sea salt from Anglesey. For our alcohol infused ganaches we use Welsh whiskey, vodka and liqueures. The selection of alcohols in the pub next door have given us ideas for some of our truffles.
Our single origin chocolate mediants with fruit and nuts were made with the walkers in mind that like to come and explore our valley but can be enjoyed by anyone looking for a healthy chocolate treat.
